I always love everything planned, and if not, it better being planned as soon as possible. I often read multiple book in one go to gather up my visual library before start my day, I believe reading book is akin to having someone help you learn while you also gain insight from them.
During my free time, if not learning, I usually do little sketching, searching for new technique that will help me doing things more efficient.
Or if I feel like something was off, I will try to relocate my personal belonging around my workplace for difference perspective.
